Diagnosis with Terminal 3000
As with the diagnosis using Franke Service Animation, the diagnosis here is also divided into
two parts: the “History bits” (Entry diagnosis) and the “Service stamp” (Exit diagnosis).
Important: Both diagnoses must be performed; otherwise the diagnosis document
cannot be created.
Perform Entry and Exit diagnoses
Switch on the terminal using the “ON/OFF” button.
Enter date
D:02 M:02 Y:2005
Confirm each entry of the date with the ENTER key or enter a new date with the numerical
keypad.
Enter time
H:14 M:25 S:24
Confirm each entry of the time with the ENTER key or enter a new time with the numerical
keypad.
Terminal ready
Data loaded
Now press the “History bits” key

0 Encoder no encoder signal
0 Coffee sensor unit heater sensor for coffee defective
0 Steam sensor unit heater sensor for steam / hot water defective

0 Position brewing assembly position cannot be reached
0 Initialisation initialisation not possible
0 Fluid system flow meter timeout although tank float responds
0 = no error 1 = error
If no errors have been output, you can perform the Individual test.
Press the “Individual functions” key. You can check the individual functions as described in the
Terminal 3000 instruction manual in the section “Individual test”.
