Before you perform the first download, it is necessary to fill out the user information in the
following masks.
The “User name” and associated “Password” are assigned by Franke. They are as follows:
User name: frankeservice
Password: gkbjrzur
In the “E-mail address” and “Outgoing mail server” fields, enter your e-mail account information.
Depending on your provider, it may be necessary to enter other information in the Settings
(Einstellungen) menu!
Start the FTP download with OK.
Current machine parameters and software updates are made available to you on the FTP
server. Franke Service Animation, customer card software and the terminal software are all
updated via FTP. After you have installed from the CD and made the required FTP settings, it is
necessary to perform a first download. The data is not up to date unless this download is made!
Please perform the download at least once a month to keep your data automatically updated.
