Job Card D/R A232 - Lift Screw Assembly
6-2 Disassembly of the Old Lift Screw Assembly
1. Release the two lower screws (3) on the lower part of each of the Curtain Ribs (3 mm allen wrench).
2. Release the four nuts (4) securing the lower X plate (17 mm open-ended wrench) and remove the
lower X-Plate by sliding it under the remaining Curtain Ribs.
3. Remove the Gantry LCD readout and base cover of the Gantry.
4. Release the nuts of the front Curtain Roller (5) (19 mm open-ended wrench) and remove it from the
base of the Gantry.
