Job Card D/R A232 - Lift Screw Assembly
3. Gently tighten the four screws (2) of Upper Bearing Block with your fingers (do not use any tools).
4. If necessary, adjust the Cardan Nut Assembly position so that its threaded holes are aligned with the
four holes in the Arm frame. To adjust the Cardan Nut Assembly position, rotate the Lift Screw (3)
accordingly (17 mm hexagonal wrench).
5. Route the cables (4) from the DC motor of the new Lift Screw Assembly though the other side of the
Gantry so they are in close proximity to where you will re-install the Lift Board that you previously
