The Lift DC Board PL201 and the Rotation DC Board PL202 are different boards located in different
places within the Senographe system. They have similar layout as shown above and indicators as
shown in the table below.
The diodes DS4 and DS8 are associated with lift/rotation movement. For more information, refer to Job
Card DIAG A010 - No Lift or Rotation Movement on page 1005.
LED Function Color Behavior
DS1 15 V Green ON when the 15 V supply voltage is OK
OFF when the 15 V supply voltage is defective
DS2 3,3 V Green ON when the 3.3 V supply voltage is OK
OFF when the 3.3 V supply voltage is defective
DS3 5 V Green ON when the 5 V supply voltage is OK
OFF when the 5 V supply voltage is defective
DS4 48 V Power applied on H-Bridge Red ON when 48 V DC is applied on the H-Bridge
OFF when 48 V DC is not applied on the H-Bridge
DS5 Rotation Brake Command
(does not exist for lift board or not used
by lift board)
Green ON when the rotation brake is inactive (rotation
movement is enabled)
OFF when the rotation brake is active (rotation
movement is not enabled)
DS6 Clutch Command
(does not exist for lift board)
Green ON when the clutch is inactive (Angulation move-
ment is enabled)
OFF when the clutch is active (Angulation move-
ment is not enabled)
DS7 Microcontroller activity Green Blink fast = node not initialized
Blink slow = OK
Light ON = CAN activity
DS8 Verifies whether power is effectively
applied to the motor when a movement
command has been requested.
Red OFF if a movement command is sent from the MOS
drive and power is effectively applied to the motor.
ON if no movement command is sent from the
MOS drive and no power is effectively applied to
the motor, or if there is a faulty H-Bridge.
DS9 RT2 Grid Synchro Yellow
DS10 CAN Bus activity Yellow ON or OFF when CAN Bus activity occurs.
DS11 Not Used Yellow N/A
DS12 RT1 valid Line Yellow ON when the valid line is active (movement is
enabled)
OFF when the valid line is inactive (movement is
not enabled)
DS13 DSP Live Green Blinks fast when the DSP is alive, representing the
heartbeat of the DSP.
OFF when the DSP is dead.
DS14 3.3 VA Green ON when the 3.3 VA analog supply voltage is OK
OFF when the 3.3 VA analog supply voltage is
defective
