Note 11 - In-Frame / Out-Frame
In-Frame and Out-Frame are converted to a percentage (100 * (value/65535)).
In-Frame sets the point at which movie playback begins.
Out-Frame sets the point at which movie playback ends.
To see the whole movie: In-Frame = 0, Out-Frame = 65535.
If In-Frame > Out-Frame, play begins at the In-Frame, proceeds to the end of the movie, loops to the
beginning of the movie, continues to the Out-Frame, and then jumps to the In-Frame.
