Mirror Position - Fine Correction
The MMS100 motion system allows for the 2 positional modes, Fine Correction Enabled, Fine Correction Disabled. By
default Fine Correction is disabled, due to the behavior that the mirror makes a small correction update at the end of travel
- this can be seen as an error without fully understanding the system. With fine correction disabled, mirror position is
consistant with no correction at the end of travel.
Certain installations and uses require different levels of mirror precision, choose the mode that best fits the need.
Correction can be enabled by using editing the Channel 6.
