Sets and queries the unit of current measurement

<characters> = AUTO/HOLD
AUTO : Automatic
HOLD : mA, fixed
Function
Command Sets the unit of current measurement.
Query Returns the unit of current measurement setting.
Example
Command
:SYSTem: UNIT AUTO
Sets the unit of current measurement to Auto.

:SYSTem:UNIT?
:SYSTEM:UNIT AUTO (Headers : ON)
AUTO (Headers : OFF)
Auto has been set.
Error
An execution error occurs in the following cases :
• When the measurement mode is selected (Command)
• When a mode other than "leakage current mode" is set
Note
Use this command after executing the :MODE command to activate OFF mode
(i.e., measurement mode not selected).
