Chapter 9 External Control
Saved measurement conditions can be read and measurement conducted
according to the conditions read.
The number of the panel to be read is specified by LOAD0
through LORD4
before START signal input.
See "Table of LOAD0 - LOAD4 control and corresponding panel numbers" (p. 248)
TEST , PASS , U-FAIL , L-FAIL and T-FAIL are only output in automatic measure-
ment.
