3.3.17 DC fan
[Function]
- Input voltage: DC 24V
Exhaust fan which exhaust the air in controller out of the main unit.
[Note at the replacement]
- When replacing the DC fan, be sure to turn off the power.
- Be sure to connect the connector in place.
- When DC fan is installed, pay attention to the mounting direction of NP (name plate)
and harness.
●Do NOT use DC fan for Single-nozzle IJP for Twin-nozzle IJP.
(Use Part name : Cooling fan twin / Part code :To be determined)
[Replacement procedures of DC fan]
(1) Turn off the main power and open the maintenance door.
(2) Remove the DC fan connector (CN29) on EZJ133 board.
Remove the two fixing screws of DC fan.
(3) Replace with DC fan, and reassemble the removed parts in reverse order of the
procedures above.
3.3.18 LAN Communication function
[Function]
- Ethernet communication unit, using IJ printer communication library.
[Note at the replacement]
- Be sure to turn off the main power switch before LAN Relay Harness is replaced.
- Ensure that connectors are connected properly.
