- The tables below are images of output text data which are pasted to the Microsoft excel sheet.
1 Fault and warning log (ALARM.TXT)

(1) Output contents of Fault and warning log data
- Date, Time : Date and Time when the alarm was issued
- Code : Refer to “2.13 Fault/Warning log management code” for the Code No.
The last three digits stand for Fault/Warning log code.
The leftmost digit stands for nozzle number(s).
- Message : Name of the message
- Info1 : Code of cause of Fault/Warning occurrence, or the number of times that
Product Speed Matching Error (Warning) was issued
- Info2 : Code of detailed cause of Fault/Warning
- Info3 : Reserved
- Info4 : Reserved
- Ver. : Software version
- Nozzle No : Nozzle where Fault or warning occurred
