Replenish the ink in the main ink tank.
And fill the ink into the ink circulation routes.
(Replace the solvent with ink)
Press “Ink refill” on
<Circulation control> screen.
<NOTE 1> Insert the tip of the Printhead
into the beaker at Ink refill.
<NOTE 2> If the ink is not ejected from
the nozzle after the message of “Ink Jet
Startup Confirmation”, refer to
“4.14 Troubleshooting Procedure for the
Circulation System”. The check valve
in supply pump may be drying/clogging.

Ink drainage
(Drainage ink due to insufficient replacement of
solvent with ink)
Press Ink drainage on <Circulation
control> screen. Follow the guidance
displayed on the screen to perform Ink
drainage.

Ink replenishment (second replenishment)
(Fill the ink into the circulating system)
Press “Ink refill” on <Circulation control >
screen.
<NOTE> Insert the tip of the Printhead
into the beaker at Ink refill.

[Caution]
The inside of the circulation system may dry and the valves in the pump (check
valves/solenoid valves) may be drying/clogging depending on the temperature,
humidity, time duration during IJ Printer transportation and storage.
In that case, refer to the table above and recover the circulation system.
