(*1): When you replace EZJ133 board, refer to [Replacement procedures of EZJ133 board] in “3.3.1 EZJ133
board (MPU board)”.
[Caution]
Be sure to check that there is no wrong connection of harnesses by referring to [Connector numbers and
Identifying method of harnesses] in “3.3.20 Electrical Connection Diagram”.
[Caution]
If you remove a solenoid valve or other piping part without relieving the pressure from the path, the ink may
gush out. Before performing the above steps, be sure to provide pressure relief.
Does the initial-level
sensor operate?
Disconnect the connectors, then
reconnect them (3 connectors).
Connect the connector.
Is the EZJ133 board CN13 or
EZJ138 board CN1, 4 connector
disconnected?
Is the connection harness
conducting?
Replace the harness.
Replace the EZJ133 board.*1
Is the fault cleared by
power-on reset?
Does the initial-level
sensor operate?
Yes

Resume the
