4.15 Remote Station Applications
4.15.1 Keltron Model 3158 Installation
The control panel is compatible with Keltron Model 3158, used for a direct connection to a Keltron receiver. The 3158 reports alarms, super-
visories, and troubles. The 3158 is intended for connection to a polarity reversal circuit of a remote station receiving unit having compatible
ratings.
Refer to the following steps to connect the 3158 to the control panel. Refer to the 3158 installation instructions for complete information.
1. Wire the 3158 to the control panel as shown in the connection list and .Figure 4.49
2. Wire the 3158 within 20 feet of the control panel. Wiring must be enclosed in conduit.
3. Program the control panel Relay 2 for an alarm.
4. Program the NAC circuit 2 for alarm.
5. Program the NAC circuit 1 for supervisory non-latching
