Convert UPC-A to EAN-13
When UPC-A Converted to EAN-13 is selected, UPC-A barcodes are converted
to 13 digits EAN-13 codes by adding a zero to the front. When Do not Convert
UPC-A is selected, UPC-A codes are read as UPC-A.
