If removing ac module cable, disconnect cable connectors from power switch assembly lugs
(Figure 4-67)
and
remove cable.
Reassembly Note
Ensure wires are attached to the replacement power switch assembly as
shown in Figure 4-67.

UNPLUG COMPUTER POWER CORD FROM
AC
OUTLET.
2.
Remove processor stack by performing steps 2 through 11 of the Processor Stack Mother-
board
procedure previously provided.
3. Remove four 1I8-inch Allen screws that attach fan to stack (Figure 4-68),
and
remove fan.

Reassembly Note
Install replacement fan
on
stack with airflow direction arrow pointing
out
(away from stack)
and
plug receptacle in upper right corner of fan as
viewed from rear of stack.
Ensure
proper
polarity of fan
and
fan cable.
