board. If you believe the system board requires replacement, contact Hewlett Packard Enterprise
technical support before proceeding.

162-System options error
Symptom
162-System options not set.
Cause
The configuration is incorrect.
The system configuration has changed after the last boot (for example, the addition of a hard drive).
A loss of power to the real-time clock has occurred (the real-time clock loses power if the onboard battery
is not functioning correctly).
Action
1. Press the F1 key to enter UEFI System Utilities.
2. Run the server setup utility to change the configuration.

3. If the issue persists, replace the onboard battery.

The time or date in the configuration memory is invalid.
