Advanced Menu
The Advanced Menu contains opons that you will rarely need to use. Many are used by HQ Technical
Support as they help to diagnose any issues you may experience with Pro-Stcher.
General Opons
Select Sengs, Advanced, General.
To turn on or o the Thread Break Sensor (HQ
24
Fusion machines only)
Press the buon next to Thread Break Sensor on/o to turn it on or o. It is on when the buon is
dark.
If the thread break alarm is triggered and this opon is on, Pro-Stcher pauses when the thread breaks. If it
is o, Pro-Stcher ignores the thread break and connues stching.
To verify sengs before quilng
Press the buon next to Verify Sengs Before Quilt to have Pro-Stcher display a pop-up box with
all of the current sengs. This gives you the opportunity to verify that everything is set up properly
before stching. If you don’t want to see this box, disable the buon.
Communicaons Opons
The Communicaon sub-menu enables you to manually establish communicaons with either the quilng
machine or the Pro-Stcher motors.
Select Sengs, Advanced, Communicaons
To stop communicaons between Pro-Stcher and the quilng machine
Press Switch to Handlebar Control. The buon changes to say Connect to Pro-Stcher. To reestab-
lish communicaons, press Connect to Pro-Stcher.
For HQ
18
Avanté and HQ
24
Fusion machines, handlebar control is always available. This buon simply pre-
vents any communicaon from the Pro-Stcher computer from being processed by the quilng machine.
