Tap > > Settings>Fingerprint scanner.
2. Enteryourpattern,PIN,orpassword.
3. Doanyofthefollowing:
l TapAdd fingerprinttoaddanotherfingerprint.
l Taparecordedfingerprinttorenameordeleteit.
l TapReset Fingerprint scannertodeleteallrecordedfingerprints.
l SelectHome buttonifyouwanttobeabletotapthefingerprintscannertogototheHome
screenwhenthescreenison.
l SelectWake up screenifyouwanttobeabletotapthefingerprintscannertowakeupthe
screen.
Lock and Unlock Your Screen
Yourphoneallowsyoutoquicklyturnthescreenoffwhennotinuseandtoturnitbackonandunlock
itwhenyouneedit.
Turn the Screen Off When Not in Use
n Toquicklyturnthescreenoff,pressthePower/Lockbutton.PressingthePower/Lockbutton
againorreceivinganincomingcallwillturnonyourphonescreenandshowthelockscreen.
Tosavebatterypower,thephoneautomaticallyturnsoffthescreenafteracertainperiodoftime
whenyouleaveitidle.Youwillstillbeabletoreceivemessagesandcallswhilethephone’sscreenis
off.

Unlock the Screen
Unlockthescreentoaccessyourphone.
n Youcaneither:
l Pressandholdthefingerprintsensor.
l Swipeuptounlockthescreen.
Ifyou’vesetupascreenlock,you’llbeaskedtoprovideyourcredentialsbeforeyourphoneunlocks.
Tip:Ifyou’vesetaneventreminderoranalarm,youcansnoozeordismisstheeventoralarmright
fromthelockscreen.Justdrag or up.
