3. Under Support assistance → Start new Session (marked) you can select the time
which the Remote support Session can be idle before the system disconnects the line,
see Figure 12-90.

4. Press Begin to begin a new session.
5. Test Connection lets you test the connectivity, as shown in Figure 12-91.
