q Push and hold [DTMF](MONI) for 1 sec. to enter the DTMF
set screen.
w Rotate [DIAL] to select
“DTMF-M,” then push [ ](MONI)
to enter DTMF memory screen.
e Rotate [DIAL] to select the desired DTMF memory chan-
nel to be transmitted then push [](CS).
• Returns to the DTMF set screen.
r Rotate [DIAL] to select “DTMFTX,” then push [ ](MONI).
t Rotate [DIAL] to select “ON,” then push [
](MONI).
y Push [MENU
] to exit from DTMF set screen.
• “ ” appears in place of 100 MHz digit.
u Push [PTT] to transmit the selected DTMF memory con-
tent.
i To cancel the DTMF tone sequence automatic transmis-
sion, select “OFF” in step t.
• When the DTMF encoder is turned ON continuously, each push
of the PTT transmits the previously selected DTMF tone se-
quence.

z Push [FUNC] then [LOW 6(DTMF)] to turn the
DTMF memory encoder ON.
• “ ” appears in place of 100 MHz digit.
x Push [PTT] to transmit the previously selected
DTMF memory.
c Push [FUNC] then [
SET B(D-OFF)] to cancel the
DTMF memory encoder.
• When the DTMF encoder is turned ON continuously,
each push of the PTT transmits the previously se-
lected DTMF tone sequence.
