RTC Comparator Function Block
There is a maximum of 250 RTC function blocks under FBD mode, can be set mode 0~4 and the function is same as
Ladder mode.

0 RTC (Internal Coil) used as internal auxiliary coils. No timer preset value and no parameter display.
