5.4.2 HSCS Comparison Setting

Overview
By high-speed counter interrupt comparison setting, the value of the counter is compared with the
comparison value. If the values are equal, the PLC system immediately sets bit elements, enables counter
interrupts, and starts electronic cams, independent of the scan cycle.
