Note: Use the output instructions to selectively take one bit of a word element or double word element for the
operation. A word instruction occupies ve steps, whereas a double word instruction occupies nine steps.
Word instructions and double word instructions have the same set of operands. The rst operand indicates a
word element or double word element; the second operand indicates the bit of the element for the operation. The
second operand ranges from 0 to 15 for word instructions and 0 to 31 for double word instructions.
