Device SEL and Wing Type are two powerful functions
in the SYSTEM Menu that control some of the more
advanced features of the X9303 2.4 system. The Device
SEL function is used to activate/inhibit Flight Modes;
change switch assignments; activate/inhibit switches/
channels; and to activate the FLAP TRIM lever that is next
to the FLAP switch on the transmitter.
The Wing Type function is used to indicate the wing
type (Normal, Flaperon, Delta); to program the aircrafts
tail configuration; and to identify any dual channels for
primary flight controls (ELEV, AILE, RUDD, FLAP). Wing
Type also provides for a 2nd throttle channel, complete
with independent trim and throttle curves to accommodate
twin-engine aircraft.
