COOLANT LEVEL CHECK
1. Place the vehicle on level horizontal surface.
Stop the engine.
2. Raise the front facing panel.
3. Check the coolant level on cold engine (tem-
perature should not exceed 50 °С). An optimum position
of a liquid level is when it reaches the lower edge of the
filling neck.
4. If necessary, add coolant of the same grade
through a filling neck after removing expansion tank
cover (see Fig. Expansion tank cover). Use the coolant in
accord with suggestions of Appendix 3.
5. Tighten the cover till stop and let engine rotate
with variable speed for some time.
6. Stop the engine and inspect the coolant level
once more.
7. Lower the front facing panel.
Attention!
Do not open the tank plug on hot engine, strict-
ly!
Coolant is poisonous! Avoid liquid spilling onto
soil, skin and mucous!
