2 Description
The ZF-Intarder is a wear-free operating, hydrodynamic
additional brake which is integrated into the transmission.
It reduces the wear of the wheel brakes,
during braking down from higher speeds.
when riding along downhill tracks.
The ZF-Intarder contributes to a smoother and more
economic driving style.
The advantages of the ZF-Intarder are:
High level of braking performance;
Short response times;
Joint oil circuit with the manual transmission and thus,
joint oil change intervals;
Low weight;
Low constant operating temperatures of the
transmission thanks to integrated, consistent cooling.
