Guidelines on malfunctions elimination
The voltage in the accumulator
battery is not normal
Check the voltage in the connector. The voltage must be from 20-30 Watt. If
voltage is less than 20 Watt, charge or replace the accumulator battery; if it’s
more than 30 Watt, check the voltage regulator.
Two startup attempts have been
wasted
Check the presence of fuel in the fuel tank, disconnect the hose pipe from the heater
and check the fuel supply. At the lack of fuel check the work of the fuel pump and
replace it if necessary. Check if the air-take filter and the exhaust pipe are blocked.
combustion chamber
Check the amount of supplied fuel. Check if the air-take filter and the exhaust
pipe are blocked. If the heater turns on and off check the flame indicator and
The electric pump failure
Check if the engine circuit with the harness is broken or failed. Resistance
between the terminals must be ~1ohm.
Not connecting the fuel pump harness from the pump check if it is broken or
failed. Resistance between the terminals must be ~20ohm.
Failure of the circuit of the
environment temperature sensor
Check the socket connecting the panel and the environment temperature
sensor, check if the harness is broken.
The air pump circuit failure
Check the circuit of the electric motor, change the air pump if necessary.
Check the circuit of the plug. Resistance must be ~2 ohm.
There is no connection with the
control panel
Check the socket connecting the control panel with the control unit of the
heater.
Failure of the circuit of the
incoming liquid heat sensor
Check the socket connecting the sensor with the control unit, check if the
harness is broken.
Failure of the circuit of the
outgoing liquid heat sensor
Check the socket connecting the sensor with the control unit, check if the
harness is broken.
The heat exchanger is
overheated
Check the electric pump, the presence (the level) of the cooling liquid, the
absence of the air blocks in the liquid system.
