Only for D3-DU 3x5/x
A sperated power supply for functional control and safety control is not al-
lowed. The D3-DU 3x5/x must be supplied from the D3-DP 3xx/x.
WARNING!
By usage of an external power supply you must take care that in case of er-
ror no higher voltage than 60 V occurs. The real behavior of the used power
supply must be requested by the respective manufacturer, because accord-
ing to EN 60950-1 120 V are permitted in case of error.

1 ... DU 3xx/x module 2 ... Supply module D3-DP 3xx/x
3 ... 24 V rail 4 ... GND for 24 V circuit
5 ... 400 V d.c. link rail + 6 ... 400 V d.c. link rail -
7 ... Separation strip against 400 V
To connect a DU 3xx/x with a D3-DP 3xx/x proceed as follows:
1) The supply voltage must be switched off.
2) Pull down locking (1) of the cover flap DU 3xx/x with a small item (e.g.
small screw driver). Open cover flap (2).
