Preventive Maintenance
19. Clean and inspect:
• PROCESSOR COVER ROLLERS
• HEAT SHIELD SUPPORT BARS
• DENSITOMETER GUIDE
• DENSITOMETER GUIDE ROLLERS
20. Vacuum:
• TOP COVER
• FRONT PANEL
• entire PROCESSOR AY
21. Remove the used piece of film from the top of the OPTICS AY.
NOTE: Be careful not to spill loose debris resting on top of the film. Discard
the film and debris.
22. Install:
• PROCESSOR DRUM
• RIGID DUCT
Install a new FELT PAD AY every PM (20,000 cycles) and a new FILM
DIVERTER AY every other PM (40,000 cycles).
