Preventive Maintenance
23. For the FILM DIVERTER AY and FELT PAD AY:
a. Install the FILM DIVERTER AY and a new FELT PAD AY, but do
not tighten the 2 SCREWS.
b. Push:
• the FILM DIVERTER AY away from the PROCESSOR
DRUM
• the FELT PAD AY against the 2 SCREWS
c. Tighten the 2 SCREWS.
24. Install:
• HEAT SHIELD
• CHARCOAL FILTER
• RIGHT PANEL
• FRONT PANEL
25. Close the TOP COVER.
26. Place all used ALCOHOL WIPES and CLEANING PADS in a BAG
(78-9998-2868-0) and discard.
27. Energize the IMAGER
28. Do “Resetting the PM Counts and Changing the Service History”.
