Severity Description Recovery
0-Fatal A failure occurred and the IMAGER will
have to be restarted.
The IMAGER must be restarted.
1-Alert A failure occurred, but it should be
temporary and correctable by the user.
The IMAGER should be able to continue after
the problem is corrected. If the failure is FILM
SUPPLY specific, the IMAGER should be able
to continue operating using the other FILM
SUPPLY.
2-Warning An event occurred that should notify the
user.
No recovery needed.
3-Notify An event occurred, but was automatically
recovered.
A notice is written to the log. The IMAGER
should be able to continue automatically.
4-Auxiliary Status information. Does not impact IMAGER operation.
