6 Release the latches (C) to remove the right cover.

Tray present sensor removal

1 Remove the right cover. See “Right cover removal” on page 178.

2 Disconnect the cable from the tray present sensor (A).

3 Pry off the sensor retainer (B).

4 Release the three latches (C), and then remove the tray present sensor.
