Drag an input or output network variable shape from the LonMaker® network management
tool shape sheet and drop it on the function block. The dialog in Figure 39 is shown.

Select ‘Create NV’ and in the displayed dialog (Figure 40), enter the name for the new
network variable and click on ‘Browse”.
