Powering Down the System
You may need to power down the system for troubleshooting during
installation, or to add new equipment to the carrier.
!
CAUTION:
Follow these steps in the exact sequence.
To power down the system, follow the steps below.
!Turn off the power supply on the basic carrier.
!Turn off the power supplies on the expansion carriers.
!Unplug any auxiliary power units.
Because the power supplies are already off, the sequence for removing
auxiliary power cords is not important.
!Unplug the system from the AC outlet.
