Load the tube containing the first sample as defined in the
protocol.

Press the button beneath the <START> function or the <start>
button to the right of the rotor. Both buttons do the same thing.
The tube will move back into the measurement chamber, and the
programmed measurement procedure will begin:

Background measurement is performed, assuming you specified
it in the protocol.

Injection is performed, assuming you specified it in the protocol.

REMOVE TUBE
Once measurement is complete, the result is shown in Relative
Light Units (RLU). If a background measuring time has been
defined, the result of this measurement will be given beneath. At
the same time the instrument starts printing the protocol and the
results of the single measurements.
