8.2 Creating T-uptake/FTI protocols
In the first step the parameters for the measurement procedure
and the evaluation strategy are entered and saved in the
<PROTOCOL> menu to produce a measurement protocol. Later
measurements are done by retrieving one of the stored protocols
in the <MEASURE> menu and pressing the <START> key.
Up to 40 different measurement protocols can be stored,
containing all information such as injector control, definition of
replicates, controls, thresholds etc. as well as information on data
evaluation Each newly created protocol contains a sequential
number which is based on the time of creation and is independent
of the selected protocol type.
Display numbers T1 to T36 must be filled in for protocol input.
