Chapter 6: CUT-OFF-Measurements LB 9507
6-4
6.2 Creating CUT-OFF Protocols
Start by entering the parameters for the measurement procedure
and the evaluation method in a measurement protocol in the
<PROTOCOL> menu, and then save them. Later, you can run a
measurement simply by calling up one of these stored protocols in
the <MEASURE> menu and pressing the <START> button.
You can save up to 40 different measurement protocols which
include all information such as injector control, definition of
replicates, measuring time etc., as well as information on data
evaluation. Each new protocol is given a number which is
dependent upon the time the protocol was set up but not on the
protocol type.
To create a protocol you have to run through displays C1 to C32.
