Chapter 10: Kinetic Measurements LB 9507
10-4
10.2.1 Creating Repeated Protocols
For routine measurements, start by entering the parameters for
the measurement procedure and the evaluation strategy in a
measurement protocol in the <PROTOCOL> menu, and then
save them. Later, you can run a measurement simply by calling
up one of these stored protocols in the <MEASURE> menu and
pressing the <START> button.
You can save up to 40 different measurement protocols which
include all information such as injector control, definition of
replicates, measuring time etc., as well as information on data
evaluation. Each new protocol is given a number which is
dependent upon the time the protocol was set up and independent
of the protocol type (raw data, cut-off...).
To create a protocol you have to run through displays K1 to K16.
Most displays include the option <LAST DISPLAY> which takes
you back to the previous display.
