12. NSB: Non-specific bound: Samples with non-specific antibody binding.
13. Protocol: The term protocol refers to a complete set of parameters for the
measurement and evaluation of a particular assay including, for
example, injectors, measuring time, sample sequence, replicate
number, number and concentration of standards and controls, etc.
Lumat can only supply results if a protocol is called which has
been defined earlier.
