[9] CHECKING/CLEANING/GREASING CAB SLIDE DOOR RAIL AND ROLLER
[CHECKING]
When opening or closing the slide door, it may sometimes not slide
smoothly due to mud stuck to the rail. In that case clean and
lubricate slide door rail (1) and roller (2) at the 3 points.
[CLEANING DOOR RAIL]
1. Open and close the door, and use a brush to remove any dirt
from rail (1).
2. Use a cloth to wipe off any dirt from rail (1).
[GREASING DOOR RAIL AND ROLLER]
1. Spray rail (1) and roller (2) thoroughly with lubricant.
2. After spraying with lubricant, slide the door and check that the
door opens and closes smoothly. If the movement is not smooth,
contact us or our sales service agency for repair.
