PROBLEM 25
The crawler pin cylinder(s) will not extend or retract.
CHECKS
Check for 241 bar (3,495 psi) at the valve test port while manually enabling a
crawler pin cylinder.
POSSIBLE CAUSES
Faulty control valve section, low pump pressure, bad pump, pressure
transducer bad, faulty counterbalance valve.
241 bar (3,495 psi) or More
Less than 241 bar (3,495 psi)
Repair or replace the
accessory/MAX-ER pump.
Does the system pressure increase when a pin
cylinder handle is moved?
Yes No
Repair or replace the lower accessory
enable pressure sender.
Repair or replace the
problem pin cylinder.
Does the system develop any pressure?
Yes No
