WARNING
Falling Load Hazard!
Prevent possible injury. When using the luffing hoist wire
rope as a load line (routed under boom), do not operate
with the boom higher than 75°. Wire rope will rub against
the wire rope guide frame under the boom top. The wire
rope could break, allowing the load to fall.

NOTE 1: Position the clamps tight against the bearing. Before
tightening the bolts, make sure the sheave turns
freely. Tighten the bolts, lubricated with SAE 20 oil to
163 Nm (120 ft-lb).
NOTE 2: When using the liftcrane sheaves, it may be
necessary to move or remove the clamshell sheaves
to properly position the liftcrane sheaves.
NOTE 3: Remove the outboard clamp and position the sheave
against the boom point plate.
NOTE 4: This location requires two clamps.
NOTE 5: Position the guide sheave here for liftcrane operation
with single-part line over the upper point. Use two
clamps.
