Secure the medium in the media holder.
Media holder
• Do not use the media holder when printing on thicker media.
• Do not use the media holder when cutting media.

Press and select [LEAF].
• After the media width is detected, the rear edge of the media is detected.
• If the setting for [Machine Setup] > [Media Detect] > [Detection Type] is “MANUAL”, set the area
for printing manually.
• A notification reading “Media Set Position R” will appear if the medium is too far to the
right of the specified position. Reload the media.

Enter the number of pinch rollers being used.
• If the setting for [Machine Setup] > [Media Detect] > [Use PR Number Query] is “OFF”, the screen
for entering the number of pinch rollers will be displayed.
