tion.
• Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while.

Y-origin could not be detected.

The print head has been broken.

• Remove and set the ink IC chip and try
again.

• Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while.

The ink type in the ink bottle differs from the
ink that has been refilled.
• Check the ink type in the ink bottle with
the warning message.

The surface level of the subtank rose
abnormally.
• Perform “Overflow” of the maintenance.

• Also make sure the ink remaining in the
ink bottle.
• Even if you perform, If displaying again,
contact your local distributor, our sales

Supplying ink to the sub tank has failed.

NEGATIVE P. Not Enough :12
The negative pressure cannot be kept
properly. (On the positive side)
• If this error occurs during hard cleaning,
perform "pressure adjustment" maintenance.
• Turn off the power on the machine and
turn it on after a while.
• Make sure the ink remaining in the ink
bottle.
• If the same error message appears
again, contact your local distributor, our
sales office, or service center.
