Precautions
If online change is performed during the delay, the interrupt program will be executed after the delay time has elapsed.
However, depending on the timing at which online change is performed, the delay time confirmation operation will not be
executed, nor will the interrupt program that is executed after the delay elapses.
(1) Delay time

(3) Online change disabled
(a) The interrupt program is not executed.
(b) Binary modification: The delay time measurement is discarded. Therefore,
after the delay time has elapsed, the interrupt program is also not
executed.
