The special registers for scan information are shown below.

SD518 Initial scan time (ms) • The initial scan time is stored into SD518 and
SD519 (it is measured in increments of s).
SD518: stores a value in the ms place (storage
range: 0 to 65535)
SD519: stores a value in the s place (storage
range: 0 to 999)
• This register is cleared to 0 when the mode
transfers from STOP to RUN mode.

SD520 Current scan time (ms) • The current scan time is stored into SD520
and SD521 (it is measured in increments of
s).
SD520: stores a value in the ms place (storage
range: 0 to 65535)
SD521: stores a value in the s place (storage
range: 0 to 999)
Example: If the current scan time is 23.6ms, the
following values are stored:
SD520 = 23
SD521 = 600
• This register is cleared to 0 when the mode
transfers from STOP to RUN mode.

SD522 Minimum scan time (ms) • The minimum value of the scan time other
than that of the initial execution program is
stored into SD522 and SD523 (it is measured
in increments of s).

• This register is cleared to 0 when the mode
transfers from STOP to RUN mode.

• This register is cleared to 0 when the mode
