Appendix 11 Added and Enhanced Functions
This section describes added and enhanced functions of the CPU module and the engineering tool, as well as the firmware
versions of the CPU module and software versions of the engineering tool corresponding to the functions.
The firmware version can be confirmed with module diagnosis (CPU diagnosis). Refer to the following manuals for details on
diagnosing the module (CPU diagnosis).
