13.5 Hard Copy Information
13.5.4 The operation of hardcopy information
3 Copy operation
Copies the selected file.
1 Touch and select the file to copy.
2 If touch button, the dialog [Please
select a destination.] is displayed in the
left bottom of the screen.
3 If touch the folder of the copy destination,
the screen display is changed to the folder
of copy destination.
The copied file cannot be copied to its
own folder.Select the different folder.
4 If touch button, the dialog box
shown left is displayed.
5 Touch button.
If there is a file of the same name in the
copy destination folder, the screen shown
left is displayed without starting to copy.
If touch the button, overwrites the
file.
If touch button, cancels to copy.
6 When the copy is completed, the dialog of
completion is displayed.
If touch button, the dialog is closed.
