Activating the visible alarm signal
1. Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the “ALARM” function.
2. Press the ENTER key until “ALARM ON is displayed.
If the alarm threshold is exceeded, the red Alarm LED flashes. If the field
value drops below the alarm threshold again, the red Alarm LED
continues to flash, indicating that an alarm event has occurred.
Deactivating the visible alarm signal
The visible alarm signal can be deactivated after an alarm event in two
ways.
Disable visible alarm signal: The alarm will not be triggered by a further
alarm event.
Enter new alarm threshold value: The alarm will be activated if the new
threshold value is exceeded.
1. Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the “ALARM” function.
2. Press the ENTER key until “ALARM OFF” is displayed.
The visible and audible alarms are both deactivated.

Activating the audible alarm signal
The visible alarm signal is activated.
1. Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the “BEEP” function.
2. Press the ENTER key until “BEEP ON” is displayed.
If the visible alarm signal has already been activated, a continuous tone
will be heard when the alarm threshold is exceeded. The tone stops
when the field value drops below the alarm threshold again.
Deactivating the audible alarm signal
1. Use the UP/DOWN keys to select the “ALARM” function.
2. Press the ENTER key until “BEEP OFF” is displayed.
The audible alarm signal is deactivated.
